A huge thank you to Jarryd and the team at Down To The Wire Electrical Services, and also to Rob from the 4 Season Pools team for the excellent trenching work. We engaged Jarryd and his team to establish the electrical and data supply for our new pool, as well as to run underground conduits to both back corners of our yard for future lights and music — setting up the perfect backyard oasis. They supplied and installed 3 x 20a circuits for our ice bath, sauna, and pool equipment; 1 x 32a circuit for the pool heater provision; and 1 x 10a light feed for the pool lights. Everything was done neatly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It was also fantastic to see Jarryd mentoring a young work experience student, investing his time and skills into the next generation. The whole team was excellent, and we’re very grateful for the quality service provided. Highly recommend Down To The Wire Electrical Services!

Really happy with the service provided by Down to the Wire Electrical. We had a new air conditioning unit installed as well as lots of smaller jobs around our 70 year old home. We’re so pleased with the advice we received as well as the friendly and professional work completed. The team even vacuumed our carpets and floors, leaving no trace that new work had been carried out. Thank you Jarryd and team!

Disappointing experience due to lack of communication with owner Jarryd. Our solar stopped working and an appt was made for Friday yet someone come out Wednesday - there was no call or text to advise us of the change. The worker who was sent advised he was not experienced in Solar and was on the phone with his boss (who was the Solar expert) FaceTiming with him while looking over the system. Before the worker left he advised Jarryd would call us to discuss the findings. We received no call or text what we did receive 2 days later was an invoice for the cost of the call out (yet I was of the understanding it was to be a quote as per the website). When I emailed Jarryd with our concern of not hearing from him to discuss these findings he was quite rude in his response. We are a small business ourselves so I paid the invoice for two reasons; 1. The worker who came out was lovely and apologetic he couldn’t give us much information before leaving. 2. The actions of Jarryd (his boss) are not the workers fault and so deserved to be paid for his time. The 2 star review is solely because Jarryd’s worker was lovely otherwise it would have been a 1 star review as Jarryd did not provide us with the service that he should have provided.
Prompt service today from Jarryd. I realised that the hot water was not working. Asked locally for some recommendations and Down to the Wire came to the rescue within a few hours. Very reliable, job complete in under an hour. Great job!
Fantastic work.. on time, efficient, clean and tidy, dismantled all fans for easier disposal, very reasonable price, local business & a great guy.. Had 8 fans replaced coming back to replace all downlights!
Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Replaced all the fans in our house as well as a few other odd jobs that needed doing. Operated in a very efficient manner. Very quick at troubleshooting problems caused by previous electricians. Will definitely be using again.
