Disappointing experience due to lack of communication with owner Jarryd. Our solar stopped working and an appt was made for Friday yet someone come out Wednesday - there was no call or text to advise us of the change. The worker who was sent advised he was not experienced in Solar and was on the phone with his boss (who was the Solar expert) FaceTiming with him while looking over the system. Before the worker left he advised Jarryd would call us to discuss the findings. We received no call or text what we did receive 2 days later was an invoice for the cost of the call out (yet I was of the understanding it was to be a quote as per the website). When I emailed Jarryd with our concern of not hearing from him to discuss these findings he was quite rude in his response. We are a small business ourselves so I paid the invoice for two reasons; 1. The worker who came out was lovely and apologetic he couldn’t give us much information before leaving. 2. The actions of Jarryd (his boss) are not the workers fault and so deserved to be paid for his time. The 2 star review is solely because Jarryd’s worker was lovely otherwise it would have been a 1 star review as Jarryd did not provide us with the service that he should have provided.
